Entries so far<\/span><\/p>\n

We have a field of 23 players already registered for the tournament this Sunday. Many Schools are represented from all corners of Bribane. Running Chess or “Condi” as it is called in France is new to Australia so here are a few details about Running Chess.<\/p>\n

1: The clock is set at 15 minutes a side<\/p>\n

2: The clock is located approximately 10 meters from the board! {running is a good idea if you don’t want to lose on time}<\/p>\n

3: Apart from playing good move there is also another strategy involved. You don’t have to wait for your\u00a0opponent to press their clock before making your move. Therefore you can “shadow” your opponent. This means making your move quickly and then following them to the clock. That way you use little time but if it is at the cost of a bad move….<\/p>\n
