Weekend Chess
Beginners group:
Saturday 1-5pm cost $20
Instructor International Master Peter Froehlich
This group is for complete beginners and will focus on the rules of Chess and the basic principles. The main aim will be to get the students playing and having fun. Once confident they can move to the Intermediary group
Advanced group:
Sundays 1-5pm cost $20
Instructor International Master Peter Froehlich
This group is for competitive Chess Players who want to improve but are not willing or able to invest the time required for the Elite group. There will be a slightly lighter coaching component and more emphasis on fun and playing.
Elite squad:
Sundays 1-5pm cost $35
Instructor International Master Aleksandar Wohl
This group is restricted to serious Chess Players and will be limited to eight students. Students will learn to calculate, prepare, use Chess software and play in a professional manner. Homework and a non-disruptive manner is compulsory. (group currently full)

Our son is six and is very interested in playing chess. Do you have a place for him on Sat? He can play a game of chess so I guess he’s sort of in the intermediate level rather than beginner. Information on how to join would be appreciate.

Doubleroo runs classes open to all on Tuesdays, after school, at Churchie. 3.30pm – 5.30pm.
